Allison is an external trainer for GE’s Global Executive Leadership Development Institute at Crotonville. Her client list includes an impressive list of Fortune 500 companies, representing financial services, IT, media, and retail. Additionally, she possesses extensive experience working with non-profits and startup organizations.
After gaining her Bachelor’s Degree from University of Virginia, Allison received a full merit scholarship to obtain her Master’s Degree in International Training and Education from American University. She completed her coaching certification with iCoachNewYork at Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.
