Global internet technology company 

Need:

Training workshops on essential skills for newly promoted first-line managers. The client needed a partner who could deliver regular short sessions in New York and London, with facilitators who were skilled at handling a mixed group of in-person and video-linked participants. 

Results:

We began as a partner to support delivery of existing workshops that had been created internally by the organization’s learning team.  Following successful delivery and positive feedback about our facilitation style and fit with their culture we were asked to contribute to the design and delivery of an expanded range of topics.  This resulted in 3 new workshops covering mid-year reviews, understanding motivation and leading through change.
